It’s easier for Korra to relate to him if he calls his father Aang - and it’s probably easier for Tenzin to call his father by his first name, too.
Wouldn’t it suck to have to talk to you’re father’s reincarnation all the time and have to keep saying the word “Dad” and reminding yourself every single time that he’s DEAD?
